Do you sell limited-edition posters for kids?
Unless stated otherwise, each poster has a strictly limited run of 100 prints — 50 sized A2, and 50 sized A3. Your poster will be finely printed on 310gsm cotton archival paper and individually signed.
If a poster proves especially popular and we decide that the integrity of the original design will not be compromised, we may release a similar design with some alteration. There will be no exact repeats.
All posters are original designs by Alphapop and are subject to copyright.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Postage within Australia is free. Express Post is a $15 flat rate. International postage is a $25 flat rate. We post with Economy Standard. The customer will be responsible for custom duties and overseas taxes that may be incurred.
How and when can I expect my order?
Orders will be processed and packaged within three working days. A2 prints will be rolled and shipped in cardboard tubes. A3 prints will be shipped flat in a rigid mailer. Please allow up to seven working days for delivery.
What is your returns policy?
Any slight markings or variations in artwork are intentional. All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is genuinely faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us within 21 days of receiving the artwork and we will organise a replacement or refund for you. We do not refund or replace artworks after 21 days, or for change of mind.
Do your prints come framed?
We do not currently sell our posters framed. We are working towards adding frames to our store. Please get in touch to let us know what you would like to see available in the future.
Do you take requests or commissions for new designs?
We are always busy creating and designing new posters for children, inspired by our everyday experiences as parents, conversations with friends and family, and the world around us.
We love chatting with customers and hearing your ideas for prints you would like to see. Follow Alphapop on Instagram and Facebook to see what is inspiring us lately and share your thoughts in the comments. You can also contact us to discuss your options for commissioned pieces.
What is your Privacy Policy?
To provide our Service we require certain personal information, however we also value your privacy and the security of your data.
Our Privacy Policy determines what data we collect, how we collect that data and what the data can be used for. Your data includes any information voluntarily provided by you to us during your use of this Service.
We may send you an Alphapop email detailing news, launches and exclusive offers. If you decide that you would like to leave the Alphapop mailing list, simply click the unsubscribe button on our next email.
We will not share your data with third parties outside the terms of this Privacy Policy.
